Services

Vendors who need special services such as additional items (tables, chairs, pipe, drape, carpet…) for their booth or need assistance in where to mail boxes to the show should use our partners at Sunrise Decorating. Sunrise is here to assist with any of your needs.

We would like to remind you that every 10ft x 10ft booth already comes with the following items:

Extra

Vendor Badges

If you require additional vendor badges for your team you will be able to purchase them for $10 each during setup hours when you pickup your badges at the registration table.



Mailing

Boxes

Many vendors have been requesting the ability to ship boxes ahead to the convention or a warehouse for the show. Sunrise has services available where you can use their labels (download button below) when shipping items to their warehouse. These go to our advance warehouse in Brea. It’s especially good for out of town people who have to ship things in and need a place for them to be stored between now and when the show moves in. Sunrise bring these items with them when they set up and put them in your booth.

Sunrise has also provided an online portal for ordering additional items which you may need for your booth. These items include such things as extra chairs, tables, display cases, carpet… . Whether you need posters, prints, banners, signs… Monster Media and their dedicated team has been there to help our vendors at the BEST pricing. This is exclusive to YOU, our vendors, so please take advantage of this opportunity.

Monster Media is aware of all restrictions and requirements of the Pasadena Convention Center when printing your banners. We highly recommend you use them AND they will bring your items directly to you on setup day, Friday, November 18th.

Ordering

Electricity

DesignerCon is happy to provide all of booth spaces (not including tables) with basic electrical needs. The basic electricity is good for things like iPhone, iPads and other small electronic devices. The basic electricity is a single plug at single location (usually in the back of your booth which an extension cord can be plugged into.

We understand that some vendors will require more than the basic electricity; for those merchants please review the options of how to purchase more electricity for your booth through our providers at Convention Electric, Inc.

Forms & Info

If your company’s booth does require more than the basic free electricity provided to you by DesignerCon you will need to order additional electrical outlets and amperage from our sanctioned providers. Ordering can be done over the phone or online using the forms provided below and the instructions attached to those forms.

If you are uncertain if the basic electricity will meet your needs then we highly recommend that you contact Convention Electric Inc. directly and inquire for free. Every year the attendees (and vendors) of the show receive a brochure when entering the show. This brochure has a map of the event, complete list of vendors, schedule of the show and sponsored ads. We also allow YOU, our vendors, to place either a 1/4, 1/2 or Full Page ad in the brochure.

Due Date

All artwork MUST be submitted no later than November 1st.

Payment & Submission

Please make payment for your ad before submitting artwork. All submissions should be made to [email protected] .

Please use the templates provided to create your ad’s artwork. All submissions must be 300dpi or more in JPG, TIFF or EPS file format.

Many people visit the DesignerCon website to see what exclusives will be available at this years show. You can submit your exclusives; please allow 24-48 hours for them to be listed.

Submitting your exclusive(s) to be listed on the Exclusives page of the website is easy. Simply submit your exclusives via email to [email protected] You MUST include the following info:

We are asking that all vendors go to the map and check which space your company is in and if the listing is spelled correctly. We also know that many vendors are sharing a booth with another company and if we need to add the other company to the listing please email [email protected] .

For multiple companies in one booth the company links and email links may not work since the map doesn’t allow it. The company names will be all there and are searchable but contact info may be only associated to the main registrar.
